DELIVERY
As soon as your order is received, it will be processed within 24 hours ready for shipment to your specified delivery address. Orders placed before 12:00pm can be dispatched on the same day, subject to stock. We offer a standard delivery service of 1 - 2 working days for Ireland and 2 – 3 working days for UK orders (excluding weekends and public holidays).

If you have not received your order, please contact our customer representatives using any of the methods located on www.biomasssparesdirect.com /contactus. Our offices are open from 8:15am-5pm Monday to Thursday, and 8:15am – 4pm on Fridays.
Woodco Renewable Energy Ltd. trading as www.biomasssparesdirect.com will notify you by way of email when your goods are to be dispatched to you. The message will contain details of estimated delivery times in addition to any reasons for a delay in the delivery of the Goods purchased by you. If Woodco Renewable Energy Ltd. trading as www.biomasssparesdirect.com receives no communication from you, within 5 days of delivery, regarding any problems with the Goods, you are deemed to have received the Goods in full working order and with no problems.
RETURNS
Woodco Renewable Energy Ltd. trading as www.biomasssparesdirect.com aims to always provide high quality Goods that are fault free and undamaged. On occasion however, goods may need to be returned. Returns are governed by these Terms and Conditions. No returns will be accepted without a Returns Number. If you receive Goods which do not match those that you ordered, you should contact us within 10 days to arrange approval of the returned goods and you will be issued with a Returns number. We will not accept returned goods unless they have been pre-approved by Woodco by the issuing of a Returns Number. Woodco Renewable Energy Ltd. trading as www.biomasssparesdirect.com is not responsible for paying shipment costs. You will be given the option to have the Goods replaced with those ordered (if available) or to be refunded through the payment method used by you when purchasing the Goods. Refunds and replacements will be issued upon our receipt of the returned Goods with the Returns Number. Returned goods must be accompanied with original Invoice number and / or Invoice and the Returns Number. If any Goods you have purchased have faults when they are delivered to you, you should contact Woodco Renewable Energy Ltd. trading as www.biomasssparesdirect.com within 28 days to obtain a returns Number, complete a Returns Form detailing the nature of the fault, and return the faulty goods to us for testing. Woodco Renewable Energy Ltd. trading as www.biomasssparesdirect.com is not responsible for paying shipment costs. Goods must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and documentation. A repair, refund or replacement will be given at the manufacturers' discretion for products which become faulty within the specific warranty period. Returned goods must be accompanied with original Invoice number and / or Invoice and the completed Returns Form. If any Goods develop faults within their warranty period, you are entitled to a repair or replacement under the terms of that warranty. The complete product must be returned, unless previously agreed by Woodco Renewable Energy Ltd. trading as www.biomasssparesdirect.com in writing; incomplete items may not be returned. Returned goods must be accompanied with original Invoice number and / or Invoice and the completed Returns Form which includes the Returns Number issued by Woodco. The returned goods must be free from tampering as this will invalidate the warranty. Woodco Renewable Energy Ltd. trading as www.biomasssparesdirect.com is not responsible for paying shipment costs. The warranty on certain items is conditional on the boiler / product having been serviced in accordance with the manufacturers terms and conditions and Woodco Renewable Energy Ltd. trading as www.biomasssparesdirect.com may ask for certain documents to verify the service history and confirm the boiler / product is operating within its specified parameters. It will not automatically be the case the a product will have a warranty after use. Igniters are not covered under warranty as their lifespan is directly related to constant air flow moving over the igniter surface to prevent overheating and also the length of time the igniter in on. Items in direct contact with the flame such as baffles, fibre board or ceramics are not covered under warranty. Woodco Renewable Energy Ltd. trading as www.biomasssparesdirect.com does not accept liability for direct or indirect consequential loss caused by faulty product. If Goods are damaged in transit and the damage is apparent on delivery, you should sign the delivery note to the effect that the goods have been damaged. In any event, you should report such damage to Woodco Renewable Energy Ltd. trading as www.biomasssparesdirect.com within 3 days, obtain a Returns Number and return the goods to Woodco. Woodco Renewable Energy Ltd. trading as www.biomasssparesdirect.com is not responsible for paying shipment costs. Upon receipt of the returned Goods, the price of the Goods, as paid by you, will be refunded to you through the payment method used by you when purchasing the Goods. Returned goods must be accompanied with original Invoice number and / or Invoice and Returns Number. You have a statutory right to a “cooling off" period. This period begins once your order is complete and ends 7 working days after the Goods have been delivered. If you change your mind about the goods within this period, please return them to Woodco Renewable Energy Ltd. trading as www.biomasssparesdirect.com within 7 working days of receipt. You are responsible for paying shipment costs if Goods are returned for this reason. Non-standard or special goods, including cable cuttings, are non-returnable. A 10% re-stocking charge will be made on return of goods. In all cases, goods not returned within 7 days of purchase will be subject to a minimum 25% restocking charge. Returned goods must be accompanied with original Invoice number and / or Invoice and Returns Number. If you wish to return Goods to Woodco Renewable Energy Ltd. trading as www.biomasssparesdirect.com for any of the above reasons, please contact us using the details on www.biomasssparesdirect.com /contactus to make the appropriate arrangements. Woodco Renewable Energy Ltd. trading as www.biomasssparesdirect.com reserves the right to exercise discretion with respect to any returns under these Terms and Conditions. Factors which may be considered in the exercise of this discretion include, but are not limited to: • Any use or enjoyment that you may have already had out of the Goods; • Any characteristics of the Goods which may cause them to deteriorate or expire rapidly; • The fact that the Goods consist of audio or video recordings or computer software and that the packaging has been opened; • Any discounts that may have formed part of the purchase price of the Goods to reflect any lack of quality made known to the Customer at the time of purchase.
